Today I talk about Worship leaders stopping favoritism, condemning and more. We gotta stop being purveyors of putting people on stage just because of excellence, we need to take risks and we need our senior pastors to be onboard of course, but if we never build people up through efforts on stage we are actually being a cap to our ministry. Along with this comes the unintentional idolization of excellence, condemning people as not good enough and it’s got to stop!
